Refund Policy

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or gambling items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sacredanimeteam@gmail.com

Shipping 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Returns 
Because of the nature of our business: All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds of any kind. By purchasing from our site, you are agreeing that you understand all sales are final. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us at sacredanimeteam@gmail.com and we will do whatever it takes to make you happy.

Refunds 
Once you email our team, we will decide if a refund is applicable to your case. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We "Sacred Anime" hold the right to determine whether or not the customer will receive a full refund.  

Fraud
We take fraud against our company very seriously and can result to taking legal against any individuals trying to defraud or in an attempt to refund funds, when a clear transaction has been made and product(s) has been fulfilled.
This may include the following:
- Merchandise/Services Not Received
- Other Fraud - Card Absent Environment
- Did Not Place Merchandise/Services
- Damaged Merchandise/Services
Falsifying any of the following claims will result in a investigation by our risk department and a further decision will be made.
